Is there a cut off for you? Or it doesn't even matter at all... I know this can be a touchy subject. We can't help when we were born or how old we are. So... When a 35 year old Dom contacts me his age just gets in the way... This also includes Dom's who are 10,15, or even 20 years older than me.. I am interested in having a life with my Dom... Going out in the vanilla world. Having conversations about real and D/s life... In general, being able to relate to each other.. What will I have in common with a Dom who is 20 years younger or older than me? Then the attraction factor comes into play... Chemistry is something, that no matter how much you try to manipulate it, you just can't... People can be perfect for each other online or on paper, till they meet... While instant attraction isn't a end all be all, there has to be something about the other person that at least keeps you interested.... I experienced this kind of meeting with my last long term Dom. He opened my car door and said " your pictures don't do you justice " and I thought, Damn, you are not anything like I thought you would be! I was not really attracted to him. But during a long lunch, I started to see the Dom I had talked to for weeks. He was articulate, a great dresser, and conversationalist.. And yes, he became more attractive to me at that lunch.. We were together for 11 years... I could never have predicted that with our first meeting.. We were the same age.. Which was the first time in many years that I was with someone who was my age. I have always chosen younger men/Dom's before... Now... I still prefer a bit younger Dom, within reason... What are your thoughts and preferences on the matter? ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~

I personally go for the person. Have tended to get involved with significantly younger. But it has not always been the case. A few were older than myself. Really young a cute, full of lots of energy and are inquisitive as can be, but they tend to have short attention spans; but that seems to be the way it is in society for the younger folks in general. So, I suppose I have a limit of preferring women over 30 at a minimum and more likely 50+ "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

Exceptions are always made. After all, we are on a site that is essentially about testing limits and boundaries.

Since its a connection I'm looking for it's important to find someone close to my age or an old soul, perhaps. There are many exceptions to the rule, though.....

Are there feelings involved, if so, then maybe a smaller age gap would work better for chemistry and fit? If not, and it’s more a business arrangement or strictly for the sessions, or the kink therapy, than maybe not so much?

I am drawn to the young ones. but mostly for play. The problem is that I did not start very young in the lifestyle, and still feel that I don't know enough to "keep up" with someone my age or even older. Maybe I am stupid. Probably. Yes.. As you can see I blog about many things... In distance I was generally referring to other countries thousands of miles away.. Glad you got your first shot. The flexibility has nothing to do with anything.. Just do not think our philosophies would align... Thank you for the comments... ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry.
