Hi Pac, yes I remember the old "assume" acronym, it's scary how true it is. Here's another saying I picked up - it's almost as good as the Assume one, and seems to apply no matter how patient I am with the stupidity; "opinions are like assholes, everyone's got one and they're all shitty"
