Football tidbits for today's games...

Even going too practice can be dangerous as DE Everson Griffen of the Minnesota Vikings can attest too. He swerved to miss a deer and ended up with a concussion. Obviously he won't play today. But this Minnesota- Az game could be quite entertaining today. As Cousins and Murray throw it like you know it!

How important is game day coaching?? We shall see as New Orleans is without 8 coaches or assistant's due to covid protocols. Not to mention at least 3 starters are injured, including the two that were placed on IR Friday. Why couldn't all this drama happen before they played the Packers?? Just saying...

Buffalo will need too focus heading into Miami today. Allen had massive success against them last year. And Buffalo is certainly favored too win. But.. strange shit happens on the road. Miami's defense will make some plays and temps could effect Buffalo's fatigue factor...

The Raiders will be without Josh Jacobs when they play the Steelers this week. He has toe and ankle injuries. A horrible week too lose your stud back. Carr will have too throw the ball 50 times if he even has time, just too keep pace with Pittsburgh...

Of course the Sunday Night game between Kansas City and Baltimore is huge. Lamar Jackson is 0-3 against the Chiefs, soon 0-4 as pac sees it. If Baltimore was healthy this would be a different discussion. So many weapons for KC. And a one man band Lamar can only do so much...

Last but not least is pac waiting for her Packers to play on Monday Night. So tired of hearing all the bs about Rodgers. Somewhere, it was even insinuated that Aaron "tanked" the game. Are you fucking kidding me? A MVP not even given the benefit of the doubt... Really disgraceful. Kick some ass GB!!

Just a pic of the numerous GB collectables that pac has...

Fun insightful post. I liking Miami, dogs by 3.5 points, at home. My guess - 21-24
Have to love any post that ends with GB paraphernalia.

Pac I am going to have to tune in to you each week to get my football news. Fingers crossed the PACKERS do the business and walk away, injury free with the points.

Yeah NNDom..
I do write 1 or 2 football blogs a week...

And I also expect the Packers to tee off on Detroit and get to 1-1...
Goooo Pack..

I'm worried about the Niners and the injuries at the CB position. The Niners have been communicating with Richard Sherman but it is complicated. Not as bad as Deshaun Watson's scenario but a lot of things need to be sorted out first (ie legal issues). Hopefully, they can generate a sufficient pass rush to the ball out of the hands of the QB they play (this week it's Jalen Hurts) quickly. Good luck with this week, next week it's a different story

pac369 replies on 9/19/2021 8:27 am:
I would be a bit worried to kalbi... I did hear some scuttlebutt about Sherman to.. Hurts is certainly dangerous. And I doubt Philly will get into such a hole like Detroit did last week..

It should be a good game.. But most are picking Philly..

Ohh shit!

Thanks for reminding me about next week kalbi..
Let the trash talk begin..

The season is already shaping up for my steelers..
2-0..
With the ravens going 0-2
And the browns...being..well from Cleveland

The chiefs will be better defensively with the honey badger back at safety after getting corona..

If i was the ravens i'd focus on rushing the chiefs left o tackle. He switched from rt. Tackle and sorta sucked his first game.

Yeah likes.. Playing the Raiders at home today without their stud RB.. It's almost like stealing..

But don't forget Cleveland has Houston at home today... So they should be 1-1 after today.. Don't take Cleveland for granted..

pac369 replies on 9/19/2021 8:34 am:
As far the Ravens go tonight.. Really? They keep on saying the game will be close. I don't believe it. But that's why they play the game!

I am sure your boss would prefer you awake to davina..

Sorry about you not being able to see the games.. I guess you could record it? But I know it's not the same thing as live sports..

Thanks for sharing your dilemma..
