Maybe it's because of the wide leather cuffs/collar and leash, but she's so at ease with her situation that it's easy to forget that she's naked. And for some reason, I see her trying to hold in a smile, knowing what's coming next.

I don't think she is blindfolded, but looking a bit cheeky with a light smile at someone significant... she seems to be relaxed by the way she holds the leash I would say... lovely image no doubt about that
