Those roach clips, (old school) or whatever you want t o call them .... Their 'official' name in the medical community is 'hemostats'. You are right though, in the 'head' community, they make for great roach clips. Yeah - I've passed more than one of them around. It's never occurred to me to use them as nipple and/or clit clamps ... I think they may very well cause injury.... Way to fucking tight for more than a few seconds I'd think.  Make Women Female Again

Sponge clamps is the proper term. Their head is circular and intended to clamp loose sponges or nipples. Hemostats are intended to clamp of bleeding vessels and are narrow and pointed. Hemostats will clamp a narrow piece of flesh while sponge clamps grab a larger piece. Nice thing about sponge clamps is the open area that allow you to push needles through safely. The blackest lie is a partial truth that leads you to the wrong conclusion.

To me, the picture is too much staged... Those clips from hell,....., you can adjust them... AND, it only hurts when you put them on, the first 15 seconds(?) and after you get them of, again... it is like clothespins... When you get them off! That hurst like a real motherf*cker!  When the top or dominant is soo 'nice' to massage your nipples after the fact, its like heavenly hell! But that is what a masochiste, maybe, needs?!

The best clamps I ever saw came from a hardware store. They were clamps that looked like miniature plumbers wrenches but there was no wheel to open or close them. As you pushed one end towards the other it would lock so you could not push it back. The only way to release them was to push them together.
