The photo is indeed from devicebondage.com. Problem is, to tolerate such an extreme spread of he ankles, which forces her pelvis way down, the lady has to be VERY flexible. Even considering the natural flexibility of a woman's legs and pelvis for purposes of childbirth (thanks, evolution!), only trained gymnasts of ballet dancers could probably hold that position. For the rest of us, we have to settle for those spreaders that are more readily available, which hold the ankles apart at a reasonable width and also feature centered cuffs for her hands.
