I gotta vote FOR the handcuffs. i like to use them to keep the arms where I want them. Sometimes the metal cuffs are better--cold, hard, etc., but sometimes I use padded leather if the cuffs will have a lot of pressure on them. Don't want to do any serious damage to the sub.
