You just gave me an idea for what to make for lunch. But I will use vadalia onion and I don't have radishes in the home at the moment. I will put some cilantro on it of course and I have melon I will out in to have a cooling elements. Gotta adapt to what one has. If I had them, daikon or watermelon radish would be my choice with some mango instead of melon and bits of sarrano chili (i like it spicy). But I would gobble up three of yours in a couple of heartbeats. Look delish. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"
