I've had control situations and exposing a sub female in public places to strangers, but have never gone as far as her being openly restrained like the photo. It does look intensely erotic though, for both involved.

I've seen it done in Eureka Springs. Admittedly it was late at night during "Diversity" weekend. Eureka is extremely liberal especially for a town in Arkansas!!

Have done this before. In Memphis and New Orleans and Seattle and San Francisco and even Eureka Springs (and no, it was not even diversity weekend) It is rather exhilarating. More for the reaction of the submissive and less of the public gawkers.
