Not again A Falcon9 launch from the Kennedy Space Center has been postponed 3 times because of the cold weather. I can stand in front of my townhouse and see the launch, so I've been pretty disappointed. The thing with this one is also that the booster rocket is to return to a landing site back at the Space Center which results in this huge sonic boom. Finally, last evening the weather cooperated, the countdown was on and stopped at 31 seconds because a cruise ship was in the danger zone. Now I'm not a cruise ship kinda girl so I did say a few bad words. They plan on trying again tonight and I know there are cruise ships scheduled to leave today right around launch time so let's hope the captains are paying more attention. Below is a picture posted by SpaceX to Twitter of the rocket on the launch pad, just so beautiful. |

I remember when you would forget about one of the launches and you would get a quick reminder when your windows would shake for the second stage boom 💥
