there are billions of people in this world. The law of averages pretty much guarantees a significant amount of ignorance, violence, stupidity, anger, and any other emotion or action once can think of. Control ones self, be vigilant, make good choices, try to effect positive change.......but you cannot eliminate the negatives in the world. Just be part of the positive.
