Sizes of things in respect, to other things...
Does a woman with large breasts have a smaller vagina than a woman with small breasts. Said in another way, Does a woman with small breasts have a larger vagina than a women with large breasts?

 Your question confused me so I have another question: How many women have breasts of equal size and proportion. I stayed up all night thinking about that.

Answer to your question in my opinion, and experience, very few have actual identical "twins".
That being said, I also have found that they do have identical nipples...

 i do not believe that there is any direct correlation between breast size and twat tightness. But, in general, women of smaller stature and smaller bone structure will have organs that are proportionately smaller than large, big boned women.

Women DO tend to get looser with age. (Just like a male's junk tends to get saggy and hang lower.) And the number of babies delivered also affects tightness.

A woman's breasts usually get bigger when pregnant so that they have sufficient milk for the baby. But then they tend to shrink when no longer breast feeding. The skin, unfortunately, does not shrink as much as the milk producing glands. Hence, the saggy "dugs" of old women with multiple progeny.

So, the answer to this question, as with so many others, is: Every woman is different no broad sweeping generalizations can be made.
