Don't drink tea unless it is decaffeinated. Tea with caffeine in it will not help you sleep. A full meal could help, but it can lead to acid reflux when you lay down (which could keep you up too). Exercise tends to keep a body in motion (making it less likely it wants to rest) and reading is decent unless it is something that your mind get's sucked into and cannot put down or turn off.

Sex and hot bath or shower are good options, but it's like a lot of other things, if your horny and awake, having sex may not help right away and if your wide awake a shower or bath probably will not help that much either.

Part of good sleep habits is having a consistent time when you shut down to try and go to sleep. And realize the things that can keep you up. For me, when someone is wrong on the internet, I can be up to 4 am posting replies. I know I do that, so I try and limit my posting activities up to about 10pm and in bed at midnight. No caffine after 9pm, and do anything I want to relay between 9pm and midnight.

Lastly, there are over the counter stuff you can take in most countries but use those in extreme moderation and per the label instructions. I have had good success with melatonin (it helps me to both get to sleep and have a higher quality of rest) but like anything else, the more you put in your body, the more your body will stop making melatonin on it's own- so use it occasionally is my best advice. Also some people use products with Benadryl in it to sleep too. But as with any sleep aid, make sure you follow the directions, especially if you have to drive a school bus early in the morning- sleeping aids may not be right for you.

Hope this helps!
