not sure that has anything to do with the post, but liberals just don't think the government should be telling us we can't be gay, trans, immigrant, poor, disabled, etc. You think conservative rights will accept your lifestyle? It's not "Christian" is how they say you live. It's a bad influence on the young, is how they will say you live.
Liberals say, live who you are, we accept you as you are.

Not at all. I think most liberals and most conservatives would agree with this.

The problems are when everyone tries to decide how government should get out of our lives.

Some want government to stop saying who can have guns and how many. Some want government to stop interfering with personal medical decisions. Some want government to stop collecting taxes. Some want government to stop being "socialist" but don't understand that would mean no military, no emergency services, no roads, no hospitals, no utilities, etc. Some want government to stop deciding who can love who and who can't get married.

Some confuse marriage (a civil union) with weddings (a religious union). Some people confuse socialism with communism - which is understandable but they are distinct and have little in common.

 Lefties weaponizing the government to go after conservatives based on their political beliefs is not getting big gov off people's back. Lefties are all in for mandates and lockdowns as we have just witnessed over the last two years. Lefties are also the champions of censorship. Lefties don't like christians but lefties have their own special religion of worshipping Big Government.... Sir Ron we will have to agree to disagree... Ha🤪

WOW, have you bought into the lies. Liberals encourage free religious beliefs, not just Christian. Trump and the republicans instituted all the COVID protocols, not liberals, though nut cases like DeSantis ignored it and had the highest death rates down there is Florida. The republicans are the "Big Brother" on the horizon, telling us how to live what are rights are... or aren't and taking away any government aid for the poor and disabled in the country.
Republicans are the proponents of ridding the country of "undesirables". You know, people of color, non-Christian, so called "sexually deviant" (gay and trans).
Why do you think Massachusetts is so popular? We are as liberal as it comes. We let people live how they decide, religiously, sexually and medically.
