There are some instances where deception is a useful thing. During sensory play, deceiving the submissive with different items can lead to confusion of the mind that leads to extreme pleasure as the senses get overwhelmed. Often my submissive loses track or has no idea what I’m actually using as she goes into subspace. But, for the most part, deception is NOT a good thing in any kind of relationship. With the intensity of a BDSM dynamic, deception is extra dangerous. People who use deception to “build” a relationship are just liars, plain and simple. They break one of the four pillars with deception… Honesty. And using deception is not the correct way to communicate in the BDSM lifestyle, it breaks another of the four pillars… Communication. Taking the proper time to vet properly has a better chance of revealing deceptions than rushing into something that sounds too good to pass up. That is what deceivers want, to rush you into decisions before you learn the true nature of the person. Deceptions will usually be revealed in time. Either the deceiver will show their real selves once they have you in their grasp, or the deceptions will come out slowly as the deceiver tries to live up to their lies and fail. Both Dominants and submissives will try to use deception to cover up for inadequacies’ in experience and knowledge. Trying to make themselves seem more desirable as a partner in an effort to find a partner. But it’s mostly the Dominants that will deceive as a predator. To trap a victim into something they are not prepared for, but the deceiver relishes. Take your time, don’t rush into anything until you are confident there are no deceptions being used on you. Ask in-depth questions that might reveal deception. Be thorough in your search. It will take longer, but will be safer. © 1/24/24 Ronald Dirienzo

Now how could anyone disagree with this narrative? Deception (Reply) Sorry Ron, I couldn't help myself. To be fair to him, for what reason I do not know for it can not possibly profit me. I suggested to him that his "replies" might be less seeped in pomposity if he added the acronym IMHO to his typing. I also asked why not just respond to your post. He then claimed you banned him, which surprised me. He did say if you added that acronym he would consider stopping these "replies". All seems so foolish on its face. imho
