 Well, the first step is to know that you are a naughty girl, and to know that there are consequences for being naughty. But spanking yourself usually won't suffice to "teach you" the lesson you need to learn. Daddy always uses a paddle, on the bare bottom, till tears. Never brutal. But enough so the lesson is learned.
