been and missed a few days,

noithing major has happened, been to gym each day, despite being told to only go every orther day, my shoulders and forearms are aching so i think ill give it a miss wed. tgough my just go for a ASuna. new heater for the<b> swedish </font></b>sauna has been ordereed so its just the steam room i can use.

had foot done, its getting smaller when i started pump vac tratment it was 7.3x6,5 and 5mm deep. its now 5,2x5,3 and 1.3 deep. OUT FUCKING STANDING
