had foot done again but with normal dressing till foot dries out have to go back to hospital tomorrow.

did some stuff in garden see pic of the big pond where in the summer there where dragon flies laying eggs and frogs.

off to kent tomorrow afternoon

went to gym and sauna

feeling a bit cold today not as in cold with runny nose,cold as temp in my un loved nest so bought a new fleece throw, still feel cold lol god knows what it will be like come the winter?
