 Jess I would suggest you wear a pair that you are prepared to lose, and get nice and wet and sweaty and masturbate whilst wearing them. When finished, place them in a sealed bag with a note - ' for you' written on it and leave it on top of the rest of your knickers, and wait for it to disappear.
