Personally, as a top, I've never found vibrating nipple clamps to be much use. I've leaned toward more creative (or fiendish?) ideas and implementations such as: standing strappado position with breasts dangling, tied and swollen.. clover clamps on the nipples with short chains dangling and joined with a heavy vibrator (the older corded Hitachi types are quite good) hung from that point.. the weight of the vibrator provides a stimulating pull on the clamps and the vibrations through the chains provide further stimulation that doesn't quickly become numbing.. as an added bonus, struggling makes things much worse.. add a thin short bungee cord between the chains and hanging vibrator for "bouncier" torment/torture effect when, perhaps, a whip is applied to her ass ..
