Punishment, Consent and Value There is a weaker version of the intentionality condition, according to which (valid) consent at least requires that one not intend not to consent. Doesn't one forgo their right to consent when they intentionally perform a wrongful action. A related idea is that punishment would not violate an offender’s rights even if he explicitly refuses to consent. |

There is the condition of knowledge. In which the chair has been explained. Even without details of suffering, explicit knowledge is only attained by experiencing the act right chair. If indeed, knowledge is needed for consent, she will make sure there is no misunderstanding of her desire to avoid chair time again.

Yeah, but no. Consent is a tricky subject. Most folks do not understand what they are consenting to. A good lawyer can break a consent form as easy as a person signs one. Also, and no, a person does does not give up consent when they do wrong. What fucking country do you live in, China? How many rights do we have regarding doing wrong. Much less other amendments to the constitution. Much less every law on the books, state, federal, local, etc.... Consent is a nice topic, but it is incredibly complex and nuanced. Next time, try to understand your topic before pontificating about it.

I think it depends on how serious you take your condition of submission or slavery and how far your trust goes. I do not question my mistress. I trust and obey her , totally.
