Your thoughts on implied consent in a bdrm relationship (Reply)

Implied consent is whats known
as passive consent and is questionable
in the law.
The law does not view implied consent
as no consent unless there is force,
coercion, indimitation.

 The most important part you omitted
is if the person has a safe word and is
capable of using it and there is no coercion,
intimidation, threats, and/or physical force
and the customary way the person shows
non-consent is with use of safe word then
their implied consent is consent.
