Knowledge (reply) They say knowledge is power. I do know that knowledge gives you the power to make the choices you need to make when considering whether to give or accept consent, knowledge is not understanding, understanding is not wisdom. Every great advance in natural knowledge has involved the absolute rejection of authority. He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors. |

Wisdom is not a product of schooling or knowledge but the lifelong attempt to acquire it. Einstein There is wisdom. The ability to manipulate data and draw conclusions that may or may not be valid depending on the data and its manipulation. There is understanding. The ability to take facts, true facts that reflect reality, draw conclusions that reflect reality and assimilate them to discover more data and draw better conclusions. We, as humans, repeat this process to better understand reality as it takes all three to advance understanding or what can be called the first moment of understanding.
