Intimacy vs Monogamy No one type of relationship is intrinsically "healthier" or "more involved" than another. Monogamous, non-monogamous, casual, fluid, friends with benefits, unlabelled and beyond. The structure of a relationship is not what makes it healthy. What makes a relationship healthy is clear communications about the whole relationship, clear expectations of the dimensions of the relationship and equal consent to the structure of the relationship. |
