You have "Rights" “Boy everyone in this country is running around yammering about their fucking rights. "I have a right, you have no right, we have a right." Folks I hate to spoil your fun, but... there's no such thing as rights. They're imaginary. We made 'em up. Like the boogie man. Like Three Little Pigs, Pinocio, Mother Goose, shit like that. Rights are an idea. They're just imaginary. They're a cute idea. Cute. But that's all. Cute...and fictional. But if you think you do have rights, let me ask you this, "where do they come from?" People say, "They come from God. They're God given rights." Awww fuck, here we go again...here we go again. The God excuse, the last refuge of a man with no answers and no argument, "It came from God." Anything we can't describe must have come from God. Personally folks, I believe that if your rights came from God, he would've given you the right for some food every day, and he would've given you the right to a roof over your head. GOD would've been looking out for ya. You know that. He wouldn't have been worried making sure you have a gun so you can get drunk on Sunday night and kill your girlfriend's parents. But let's say it's true. Let's say that God gave us these rights. Why would he give us a certain number of rights? The Bill of Rights of this country has 10 stipulations. OK...10 rights. And apparently God was doing sloppy work that week, because we've had to ammend the bill of rights an additional 17 times. So God forgot a couple of things, like...SLAVERY. Just fuckin' slipped his mind. But let's say...let's say God gave us the original 10. He gave the british 13. The british Bill of Rights has 13 stipulations. The Germans have 29, the Belgians have 25, the Sweedish have only 6, and some people in the world have no rights at all. What kind of a fuckin' god damn god given deal is that!?...NO RIGHTS AT ALL!? Why would God give different people in different countries a different numbers of different rights? Boredom? Amusement? Bad arithmetic? Do we find out at long last after all this time that God is weak in math skills? Doesn't sound like divine planning to me. Sounds more like human planning . Sounds more like one group trying to control another group. In other words... business as usual in America. Now, if you think you do have rights, I have one last assignment for ya. Next time you're at the computer get on the Internet, go to Wikipedia. When you get to Wikipedia, in the search field for Wikipedia, i want to type in, "Japanese-Americans 1942" and you'll find out all about your precious fucking rights. Alright. You know about it. In 1942 there were 110,000 Japanese-American citizens, in good standing, law abiding people, who were thrown into internment camps simply because their parents were born in the wrong country. That's all they did wrong. They had no right to a lawyer, no right to a fair trial, no right to a jury of their peers, no right to due process of any kind. The only right they had was...right this way! Into the internment camps. Just when these American citizens needed their rights the most...their government took them away. and rights aren't rights if someone can take em away. They're priveledges. That's all we've ever had in this country is a bill of TEMPORARY priviledges; and if you read the news, even badly, you know the list get's shorter, and shorter, and shorter. Yeup, sooner or later the people in this country are going to realize the government doesn't give a fuck about them. the government doesn't care about you, or your , or your rights, or your welfare or your safety. it simply doesn't give a fuck about you. It's interested in it's own power. That's the only thing...keeping it, and expanding wherever possible. |

Yes, rights are man made - period. The folks that made the bill of rights in the US didn't believe in a god. Jefferson thought we has inalienable rights. He was full of shit. However.... As I am part of the government, let me defend it and accuse you. We, as the Civil service, do not want power and actually care about you, the citizenry. We are to carry out the wishes of congress and the courts under the direction of the president. We take an oath to the constitution, a man made idea, and not a man, woman, or god. We fulfill the wishes of the elected/appointed officials. Today, I do task A as told to me through the chain of command. If tomorrow, I am told to do the exact opposite of A, and it is a legal order and task, I have two options: do it, or quit. I have no other options. That's a defense of the government in its operation. Civil servants do what their told by elected/appointed officials and the courts or they go to jail. Period. No malice, no conspiracy, no violations. The part where you get accused? You elected the elected officials who then appoint the appointed officials. The government does not care about power or controlling the masses. The people IN the government, that you put there, do however. The people of KY kept putting treasonous Mitch back in power to allow him to commit treason numerous times. He stacked the courts so that no one could successfully prosecute him for his treasons. Regan committed treason before and during his stint as POTUS. Oliver North admitted that under oath and immunity. North gave full details of the treason. Of course, at this time, Regan was in full dementia and couldn't have been prosecuted anyway. My summary? Don't blame the government. The government is made up of mostly (99.9999  folks doing their job, caring about the work they do, and doing it to the best of their ability. Who's to blame? You folks for electing and RE-ELECTING folks that cause the problems. Yes, we have a set of made man rights. So then, let's "elect fit men" that will do what is necessary to keep them. Don't blame "the government" because they are taking your rights. You, as citizens, are in full control of your government if you want to be. "Two dilos are running for POTUS, neither of them matter". Come Jan 2025, one of them will matter and if you voted for Jill or RFKJr or didnt vote, then you didn't do your civic duty and will help elect the dildo that will demonstrably dismantle what ever man made rights you have left.Notice I said demonstrably! He is telling us what he will do! Suspend the constitution, put the administrative branch above the other two, use the law enforcement arm of the administrative branch and the judicial branch of the government as his own personal vendetta machine. These are not conspiracy theories. These are the words from his mouth. Yes, rights are man made. America did it first in a unique way. Others followed. Some did not. Some got side tracked. In America, the citizenry still can control its own destiny. Do it by "electing fit men"! The ONLY thing Hamilton and Jefferson ever AGREED upon besides the concept of self-rule.

Blind obedience to politicians and a poorly constructed constitution is a contradiction to your statement that you "actually care" about citizens! "The government does not care about power or controlling the masses". That's all a governent does is control the structure of society, it's beliefs, it's values and even what medical procedures each person is allowed. My summary? Don't blame the government. Who should we blame for government malpractice, lying, cheating. We elect people based on their promises which no one keep score of. If the "civil servants" actually serve the citizens they would report the malfeasance! The prisons are full of people that were only complicit in bad acts by simply obeying, their called accomplices. Notice I said demonstrably! He is telling us what he will do! Suspend the constitution Yes I noticed, but what I didn't see is the part where you say you would leave your job rather than support him by helping him suspend the constitution. No where in your writing did I read the word ethics, or morals . . Whereas the concept of human rights refers to minimum standards for the ways persons can expect to be treated by others, the concept of ethics refers to customary standards for the ways persons should treat others.

In many countries on this planet you have the opportunity to develop freely and independently! THEORITICALLY! You do NOT need a god, there are too many! You need LUCK! If a child is born in Kim's country today he is unlucky from the first day of his life! You need luck, will and assertiveness! You need MONEY! With that you can even bend or override laws! You need allies that you can lie to and deceive! You can vote for Mother Theresa! What good does it do you if her priests murder and abuse their protégés? You need justice? There is no such thing! Unscrupulous and elbows, that helps! Don't forget, the deepest believers are the biggest criminals!
