Words or phrases… How is it that some words or phrases, can sometimes evoke thoughts and feelings of the woman you try to suppress inside. |

How is he? I really don't know but there are phrases that tend to deeply penetrate a woman's sensitivity... For example, "good girl" is a phrase that should not be said to anyone and in any circumstance...

What facade we portray to others, and sometimes ourselves is not necessarily the real person. We just find it easier and a little safer to be in that space because it is less complicated.

We are still stone age creatures really and react to stimuli like our animal ancestors. Some smells, (perfumes especially) sounds or places can very quickly trigger a reaction in me and I'm instantly transported to a specific relationship or time in my life. I think words are just an extension of that. They trigger the memories and there isn't a lot we can do. Overtime some will fade but hopefully the good ones remain and remind us of happy times. Just an opinion based on my experiences . Spanks

Pretty much spot on with what i have read. My 2cents is that "we are conditioned" through societies use & perceptions of such 'words' & 'phrases'. Our exposure to Media and all the analysis puts us on the path to a reflection of how it all applies to ourselves. Whatever that accounts for
