Blog Views - Bots?

I noticed recently a stunning uptick in the number of views of my blog. At first I thought - cool, people are looking at what I have written - and then the skeptic in me thought/wondered - are these views generated by bots crawling the site?

 Most likely it's your blog now being shared across alts sister sites.....

Did you ever wonder why someone from say Sweden or China or mars is reading your blog or looking at your profile...days if not weeks later..

Cloned sister sites that alt just cuts and paste...
