Start FemDom Training Properly with a Submissive

A Journal is Critical for a Sub in Training
Start a Slave Journal as soon as you begin your femdom journey, or as soon as you can. You can use a digital journal if that is what works best for you, but I highly advise taking the time to write your entries by hand as it helps you to process the information. Having a journal is critical to your growth and development as a submissive! It would be best if you tried to make entries every single day whether or not you are actively in a training program or not.

At the very least, each day, you should have an entry stating what you did that day, followed by what you learned that day. You are going to learn and grow so much along your journey to total submission, and you are going to want to remember it! Trust Me on this one. This is so important that it is actually covered in the very first day in the very first week of My Better Beta Bootcamp training program I developed.

Do this before starting your submissive training!
One of your very first entries in your journal should be a list of your kinks and interests on one page, followed by a page of your hard limits. You should then have a separate page composed of your soft limits. CLICK HERE to learn how to identify your soft and hard limits in BDSM. By doing this, you can get a better idea of who you are currently as a submissive as far as kink goes. You will also want to revisit these pages every few months to see if something has changed! You may be surprised at what you discover about yourself along this journey.

Revisiting your limits and revising your lists often is a good idea. Refreshing your journal is an excellent way to get an idea of how much you have changed since the journey began. Make sure you don’t destroy your original records when you make updates, create new ones so that you can see your growth over time.
