Newby looking for experience

I'm new to this at 60 now but want to learn. I think I may be Dom but don't know where to start. Does anyone in north east England know of someone or some where who can help develop this side of my life.
I am married and my wife is disabled so I need to be very discreet.
I did wonder if, to be a good Dom is it best to sub first and then<b> switch </font></b>or are you Dom or sub from the outset
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Many Dom's have told me they began as a sub to a Dom and accepted training. IT is a good way to begin, when you find the RIGHT DOM who is a good guide and mentor. A good sub will also 'train' her Dom by sharing what she needs to be a sub. Your fantasies will guide you in learning to know what you are. I learned later in life. You are wise to continue to be loyal to your wife and see to her needs, but you must also meet your own needs. I wish you well on your journey.

Thank you for the advice I did suspect that was the course to follow. To be a good Dom you first need to sub so you can understand the subs needs.
A local contact for a Dom would be appreciated
