Any Cleveland Brown fans in the audience? They're putting a hurting on the NY Jets tonight, with Joe Flacco (Wasn't that the name of the guy Keanu Reeves played in the movie "The Replacements"? Just kidding that was "Footsteps Falco") at QB, who was sitting at home watching NFL games on Sundays last month. He might take them to the Super Bowl this year... |

Not a browns fan seeing I'm originally from PA.. But I honestly don't wish teams to go through the desawn watson/ russle wilson contract hell.. It's proven you can win football games with a strong d fence and a dink and dunk qb.. Look at the chiefs..paid mcholmes,paid jones...and there is no money left for cb,wr. At least Joe flacco isn't breaking the bank

Yeah, the Brownies are looking pretty strong right now. I think it's sort of ironic that Flacco used to play for the Ravens, an intra-divisional rival.

Flacco won a Super Bowl with the Ravens and that Ravens team was built similarly to the Browns. In this setup, he just might repeat. With Flacco, the concern has always been interceptions and a high degree of pick-sixes as a result. But if a receiver breaks loose from coverage he has the accuracy to place it right in his hands, anywhere on the field.
