Where's BOND, James Bond, when you need him?

Russia's apparent pursuit of a nuclear space-based weapon has stirred a frenzy in Washington — and raised a flurry of questions among a world...is it an ACTUAL 'NUKE', which would be in violation of the United Nations’ Outer Space Treaty of 1967? Or, a nuclear-powered satellite carrying electronic weapons, which could cause havoc on Earth by crippling satellites that drive everything from weather forecasting and phone calls to wars and the global economy?
Well, Bond took care of the 'Goldeneye' with the help of the pretty Russian 'programmer', Natalya Simonova (played by GORGEOUS Polish actress Izabella Scorupco!!!). Hopefully, His Majesty will dispatch the 2024 version of BOND to eliminate this NEW threat...
