thank you ebay!! so since a-kon is comming up soon i was thinking of getting some more clothes. since i don't cosplay(because in my opinion if you<b> cosplay </font></b>you look like a fool) i usually took the time to wear the whole 'alternative' stuff i wore every day or every now and then. because even though a-kon is an anime/manga/gamining/japanese snacks/music/reinsance/ etc. otaku stuff convention it is also mixed in with goth/bdsm stuff. god knows why, well actually i asked this person i was talking to about that and they said that comes from hentai which would explain why i wouldn't know because i don't like hentai..i actually have an anti hentai badge on my little what cha macall it. i don't really get the whole purses/bags/clothing thing..but i'll do that latter on. anyway so i was thinking about going to ebay not expecting to find anything, but lo and behold ebay has some of the old stuff they used to sell at hot topic!!! which is awsome because i'm way to fat to fit into my old stuff i used to wear, that and i gave almost all of it away anyway, i donate clothes i can't fit into anymore. of course most of the pants i want are only size 0,2,4's so those wouldn't really work..but they do have some of the skirts. it was abit difficult finding the clothes though because the hot toipc website took away the section shop by brand. so i couldn't just type in the brands from that list, i had to look through the shitty clothing their selling now and pray i find brand names so i can look them up. i know i didn't get all of them though  anyway i think maybe i'll do a wordbank so some people aren't completly lost: anime-japanese animation a-kon website- a-kon.com...not to be confused with the rapper cosplay-when people dressup as a certain anime character. most of the time people make the outfits themselves manga-japanese comics hentai-japanese animation that's strictly heterosexual porn yoai(not listed above)-japanese animation that's strictly gay porn yuri(not listed above)-japanese animation that's strictly lesbian porn otaku(american version)-someone who is obsessed with anime. also is intersted in other aspects such as gaming, sci-fi, jmusic(japanese music), japanese drama, computer geeks, tabletop games, etc. amongst people that are into anime otaku is something to be proud of and is somewhat amired. otaku(japanese version)-someone who is obsessed with something(but from what i see it's more of a hobby). such as being an otaku about a sports team, a particular sports, trains, hello kitty, books, movies, etc. in japan otaku's are looked down upon and treated badly. they are usually hit on the face or varoius body parts, treated like they have a disease, spit upon, etc those that know about densha otoko know what's up. yeah boi..etc etc......  |
