Just to let everyone in the Northeast area know-I have just completed my wardrobe change over from winter/fall to spring/summer, so-expect snow any day now.

Your first page here reminded me of a song. Which I used as part of a sound track for a play. you may r may not have heard it.

Paul Kelly - Summer Rain. It is a very nice song.

"One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

softrayne replies on 4/14/2021 7:15 pm:
Hi DD, you're actually the second person who mentioned that song to me.

If we're lucky we get
between 70 an 80
summers in our lifetime.
A little snow is mute compared
to those that didn't make
it through the winter of the
virus.
Besides we've turned
clocks ahead an hour, so it'll
be light out when you get up
early to shovel snow.
Stay warm in knowing your
neighbors have never seen
you quite like this before.

Hello Devilz, thank you for stopping in and commenting. My plan is to just wait until it all melts, hopefully by the afternoon *L*

I just put some new shoe laces in my running shoes. The only snow here is in my freezer. Im looking forward to the warm weather except for the snakes that will be wanting to venture out, but I guess they have their place also. Im at 34.66 degrees latitude. When it snows here the whole city shuts down and people want to drive faster and crazy. Mostly faster. They do crazy here everyday. We're almost 10 degrees difference in latitude. Doesn't sound like much, but that's a significant difference. You'd find it a bit warm here.

softrayne replies on 4/14/2021 7:39 pm:
That sounds lovely for right about now, but in 3 or 4 months when the Devil is on you front porch complaining about how hot it is-that's a whole 'nother bit of business *L*

Well dear Rayne, it would seem your change of season clothing change-over has the same effect as me detailing the car to get it glinting like showroom standard. Within days - yep it happens, rain, that means the exercise was one of futility and a complete waste.

softrayne replies on 4/14/2021 7:19 pm:
Hi NND, I'll get to the flip flops and cute summer dresses....eventually *L*

I don't worry about the heat here in the summer, because I'm a firm believer in air conditioning. I know that when the temperature get's over 80 degrees the pussy over heats and stops working, so air conditioning is a good friend. I am curious as to why you feel disconcerting. What's causing your unsettlement? Perhaps it's something easily resolved.

softrayne replies on 4/15/2021 4:40 pm:
Hi always *laughs* I'm not feeling any more disconcerted than usual.

They have snowflakes the size of quarters in the Catskills right now.

Howling at the moon and mal ad osteo.

Hey JL, let's hope it stays there, but I am hearing northwest hills per usual, looks like it will miss us *fingers crossed*
