Mmmmmm Cookies!

I just finished baking peanut butter cookies. It’s surprising really, not that I baked but that chocolate wasn’t the main ingredient for the first time in a very long time.

Obviously I ate all the chocolate chips. Well, some of them were transformed into ganache not long ago. I dipped strawberries and nuts into half of it; the rest was rolled into truffles.

I guess it’s time to go shopping. It will be quite awhile before I have to resort to peanut butter cookies again, I mean at least they could’ve had chocolate chips in them.

silence, for a moment you gave me hope there was a way to work around the atrocity! I assure you I worked my shopping cart around the aisle with the chocolate today. LOL

Thank you for the great idea. I still have a few peanut butter cookies left to dip in chocolate. Yummy!!!

Mmmmm, dark Belgian!

Nobody I've cooked for has ever complained . . . well, except the one time I tried to impress a girl in college with Flamb
