silence, it's a dream for so many of us right now but many people do experience it like cj is right now. I've experienced it before and this it's the hope that it's around the corner which drives us, knowing somewhere it exists for all of us.

rose, that's completely unforgiveable for anyone to say. It's beyond mean and indicates someone hateful. As much as it obviously hurts you, he is not worthy of you. I rarely say that about someone but based on what you've described, something is seriously wrong with his ability to deal with relationships. It would be one thing if he was someone young not knowing how to express things to another but such is not the case. Love is an altered state and whether it's described spiritually, chemically or another way, consciousness is changed under its influence. It does make many people uncomfortable as do other strong emotions. I believe if you haven't been around it, it's more difficult to relate to for many people.
