A PSA on PSA

The Prostrate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test is back after years of falling out of favor because it wasn't thought to be a reliable indicator of prostrate cancer. If you're in your 50s+ (or 40s+ if you have a family history), I recommend you have your PSA measured at your next physical. At a minimum this will help establish a baseline of what normal is for you so that deviations in the future can be recognized. Early recognition of this may end up saving your ability to have hardons if not save your life. Carry on.
