A rant april 14 2016 got a dui tried to get a lawyer , to start with just to look at you was $2500 ok tried to get some free legal advise and the said the could help but $ 2500 just to look at your charges Well I`m out of work but they said they could help problem is no money found a lawyer who would take payments she did even look at the police report until one day before court date she said she might be able to help But she need money 3 months of out of work she said nope cant help you no money Fuck how can i get the charges thrown out the cops are wrong ( the police report is wrong ) no money no job had a job before but hten when i told her the cop was wrong oh now we have to go to court now $5000 plus I dont have $2500 let alone $5000 she said nope try legal aid went down to legal aid oh you make to much money my wife and be i made 12 hrs part tier e my wife $18 hr at 24 hrs weekly I have my inlaw and grand living here went to student services ( made too much money ) sold every thing i had ) my 1969 cougar, my snapon scanner anything worth money ) So i decide plea guilty no one want to help Ive tried 3 month finding a lawyer FUCK it went to court the police report read off was a lie but cant fright it no lawyer got a year then they said fine $1000 the $300 for other thing then u have take a course $250 then a blow machine after 3 month for 9 mths $1500 then driver review bord $300 just for the paper work then retest driving car the judge said any thing to say no were is the justice system not for the small person thanx for reading my rant |
