On Island for few months exploring a new cave/cavern

Been stranded on this island for a few months now clothes have gotten to big to wear or torn from wear and am left to wander Island nude except for the sneakers still wear to protect my feet. I found a cave that I have not explored before. I walk in feeling my way into the dark area of the cave as my eyes adjust to the low amount of light. My body begins to sweet, unlike any other time before being on this island. I reach the top of my head and feel the bald area covered with new growth of hair so continue walking in feeling hair grow down back passing shoulder blades walking further in hair stops growing when it reaches the bottom of the asscrack.
I see something shimmering when finally reach it bend down and see it is water so cup hands together to gather water to drink tastes fine so continue drinking hands full of water. After the sixth hands full of water begin to feel body cool down. Decide to sit here for a while since was walking all day and it has to be dusk at this point and decide not to go exploring in the dark. I curl up next to the platter size body of water that is deeper than my arms are long.
Tossing and turning through the night as body is uncomfortable. Sunrises with rays shining into cave reflecting off of water to wake me up. I go to stand, and find a need to lean onto cave walls to help myself stand arms and legs seem weaker. Walking further into the cavern hand on the wall seeing a flicker of light in the distance, gives me hope that there is another opening. Make to where the rays of light were coming from to see on the wall hieroglyphics of a man then it shows a man with breasts and penis then it shows a female form with no penis hanging. I reach down and still feel my manhood still attached to my body. Continue walking beginning to sweet again this time it is increasing to the point is dripping with sweet leaving a trail. Been walking for a few hours leaning more and more on the wall of the cavern seeing stelagtights in the near distance and a body of water that as to be a couple of yards wider in each direction than I am tall. Tis time the water is shallow so hang over the edge into the body of water, lowering face in, neck in, chest goes in stopping at hips. Gets to knees, sits on butt, swings legs out, and sticks legs into the water not allowing private parts to be touched by the water. All refreshed continue walking and as time passes becomes darker and impossible to see. There is a downward slope and suddenly finds self running downhill unable to stop until falls into a body of water that the feet never touch the bottom of swims across the water, gets tired changes the style of swimming, changes style a third and final time, and climb out of the water onto the floor. Laying on the floor from exhaustion fell asleep just feet away from the water.
Wakes up in a weakened state and crawls as has not eaten for about 24 hours. While crawling feels the chest brushing against arms and remembers the hieroglyphics, and knows the soft chest has been transformed into breasts.
