Yes. One of the best songs, and lyrics, of the 1980s.
Those two lines, their placement, and their surrounding music, rise to the level of Art.
( I was afraid choosing that title might obliterate the photo ... we shall see if it does. )

Yes.
Long ago, I was consulting at a Naval Installation and I found myself on the Harbor Master's boat, waiting at the mouth of the canal into port. It was near dusk, and though the coastline was near, I was still fearful. Ever since seeing A Night To Remember as a boy, I am instrinsically fearful of the ocean. Yet there I was. Then - barely audible -- what was that? -- an ever so slight wooosh. And what is sitting beside us, ready to be led into port, but an Ohio Class Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarine, designed to surface without a sound. Over a football field long, 24 Trident ICBMs aboard, each with multiple independently targetted reentry vehicles (nuclear warheads), and ...
wooosh
As a musician, one of the most beautiful things I can remember hearing.

Pause.
As some of my past is in the clear, other parts are a bit dark, so I have a policy of not recognizing names. I often second guess whenever I write something like I wrote above. Ce La Vie. But I thank you for your interest, and wish you many happy guitars. Any new items? Any new builds?

Sounds good. I still have a neck and body that needs to be mated together; and pups, tuners and controls. And then my prized Carpathian Spruce electric guitar body which I hand shaped. Almost bought a Warmoth neck for it ... then the Moon waned.
Geez, an Everest right now.

Standing below it, there was a moment of insignificance. Everyone else just walked on by ... Thankfully, other than record high waters and roads closed, nothing damaging came of it.
