A new beginning?  didn't take long  Steve called last night and told me that he was coming over tonight and bringing dinner. He didn't ask me what I wanted to eat like he usually does. He did tell me what he wanted me to wear and that he hoped I still have his favorite whiskey (I do but, of course, I was ready to go buy some for him if I didn't). Just this simple little conversation made me feel relaxed and happy. All I have to do is get myself ready for him and then follow his lead throughout the evening to show him how much he means to me. I think this could really work.
