 When you first start seeing someone, you're always on your best behavior and cognizant of making a good impression.

Yeah, it seems you think about what you're going to say or do rather than just letting words and actions flow naturally.

Gradually this dissipates and then you act perfectly normal around one another - which can be either a good or bad thing. When you're acting your normal self, the other party gets to see who you really are and whether or not they care to be around you long term.

I think the couple in the meme have gotten past the awkwardness and are compatible in the long term - or so it appears. You've got to be somewhat bonded to openly fart in front of the other .... Don't you?

And we're not talking 'silent but deadly' here.

Nope ... We're talking a ''Thundersprague" - One that shakes the rafters.

Oddly enough, I would never consider doing this around my sisters or any other mixed company. I do have a certain semblance of manners.

 Not sure this will prove whether it is love, or not. I think some things, like this one, should be kept/done in private, as a gesture of respect for your loving one. We all know we do them, but not necessarily in front of each other.
