I'm sure it's been discussed many times around here, but it's an interesting question. Let's put it in general terms ... Does a person's sex drive diminish as they grow older? I'm sure many would say something to the effect of "It varies person to person" ..... And I'm sure that's true. By definition, I'd conclude the mere fact that the reader is on ALT is proof positive their sex drives haven't faded away, at least too much. Well mine hasn't. I may not walk around with a hard-on as I did in my younger years, but the sight of an attractive lady gets my juices flowing. The thing I notice the most is my shift to being turned on by 'mature' women. I'm not talking Granny Goodwitch, but women with some grey hair and years etched on their faces do it for me. I hear ya dude. I find myself attracted to the same sort of lady ... Sure, the attractive younger ladies always get a glance - especially the ones with great figures, but 'mature' women are the ones that turn me on. I'm not sure when the switch got flipped, but it certainly did. I'd say the women we're both talking about are the ones 50+.... I'm not sure what the upper age is. I've seen some very appealing ladies in their late 60's and even into their 70's. People age differently, just as their sex drives do. I'd heard ( true or not ) that venereal diseases are very common in retirement centers. Go figure,,,,,, [image] Make Women Female Again

The wife of an old friend is a nurse in a retirement home. She told us about this very nice older lady that gave eight or so guys gonorrhea. The staff had to isolate her and treat all the infected patients, to include some of the wives of the infected guys. The hard part was having to call up the families of the patients and inform them of the problem. And the health department folks went ballistic, of course. My nurse friend went back and forth between too funny and really sad.

I know The Villages in North Florida has a mature population, as well as a high rate of STD's.......that pretty much says it all.

STD's in the older population. I've seen similar stories in the UK press. So it appears to be the same over here. "Does a person's sex drive diminish as they grow older?" "Yeah ... The blood has got to be pumping through both of the man's heads." A guy I know, told me the other year he was now on the "Inactive list". He said he was still interested in chasing women, he just couldn't do anything about it, if he got the green light.
