This guy's got a quick mind asking the logical question in this situation .... albeit a rhetorical question.

Uh yeah .... He's not planning on taking a two week vacation from having sex of one kind or another. No rest for the wicked, as they say ......

He could have asked what her proctologist said .... or perhaps that's going to be his next question.

Good point. I suppose after that he might want to inquire about her Orthopedic ( hand ) specialist. It's probably wise to cover all the bases.
