Ball Gag We're gonna try something different this morning. We normally put our blog as a 'Comment' because ALT used to randomly drop words from blogs .... We 'think' this quirk has been corrected and we're going to test that theory out. If words are still getting dropped and we sound illiterate ( more than normally ), we''ll go back to our old ways. End of caveat ..... Raise your hand if you generally use a ball gag as a part of your, shall we say, play sessions? That would include both using one on others as well as having one used on you. I have one, but it's been collecting cobwebs - Its use doesn't appeal to me. I enjoy being able to communicate during any activity and I also enjoy the sounds of both pain and pleasure. Undoubtedly someone is going to mention the visual appeal of the ball gag, and I can understand that. Optics are a large part of our lifestyle. Some people buy all sorts of elaborate lifestyle apparel and more power to them if that's their bailiwick. It's not my cup of tea though. The sight of a submissive with a ball gag in her mouth does nothing for me, nor does the sight of a submissive in elaborate garb. You're preaching to the choir, dude. Besides, if you've got a ball gag in her mouth, how you gonna get your hooter in there when the mood strikes??  Besides, utilizing a ball gag requires you to use an alternate source for indicating a safe word. About the only practical use for it in my book is to muffle sound so you don't wake up the neighborhood during play.   Make Women Female Again |

On some occasions I have, but knowing full well what is being done is not high risk. Used most often with a blindfold, o have sensory deprivation. Hands are left in a manner where an agreed upon hand signal functions as a safe word. This works well for Mind Fucks. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

I think ball gags are quite sexy, as well as very functional. The ball gags that are part of a larger head harness are cool, too. Seeing the drool from around a sub's gag is way sexy. Can't get enough of it!

Better to have a ball gag handy when needed than to curse your preparations. "If you've got a ball gag in her mouth, how you gonna get your hooter in there when the mood strikes??" Assuming a compliant and well-trained sub, remove it and your hooter will be greeted by an enthusiastic and eager mouth.

Ball gags are always handy to use in a scene. Lucy was always a little "cow" when she pulled that ball trick on Charlie Brown. Howling at the moon and mal ad osteo.

Yes, visually it can be enticing, but like you I enjoy the sounds that spew forth. Very good point that the ballgag impeded some uses of that pretty little mouth. So, while not a fan of them in scene/play, I did have a boy who, at times, could not shut up. So, the ballgag was quite handy for times when I just wanted a naked, quiet boy wrapped around me, or in close proximity. It was fun at times to let my fingers wander over the strap and at times tug a bit, as a reminder.  Ars longa, vita brevis - Art is long, life is short
