excuses, excuses I practically cut my thumb off today while trying to trim the bottom of a Christmas tree eve and I purchased. Right now it is throbbing, and the more I write here the more I realize just how much I use that thumb to type. Perhaps an economy of words (not my strong point) is in order. I won’t be posting much tonight because of the sore thumb, but it is also my birthday tomorrow, and I want to start celebrating early. What that really means is smoking a lot of marijuana and being slightly irresponsible by not releasing any new movies tonight, or doing anything of real importance when it comes to the business. In the past weeks I have searched out and purchased over 40 DVDs and 20 books (my Xmas ) so I have a lot distract , should I choose go that route. With the thumb the way it is, my hopes of playing the drums like a wild man tomorrow might be postponed. Maybe. I can say for certain there will be no dopamine spikes from playing the guitar this evening. Definitely need the thumb for that. Tomorrow, my birthday will be a combination of irresponsible binge eating and coffee drinking, coupled with a shopping spree that will include thrift stores, marijuana dispensaries, grocery stores and I don’t know what else. There will continue to be copious amounts of marijuana smoking, and I might even have a single cocktail at some point. It’ll be a day of self-indulgence because it is my holiday to celebrate the birth and (continued) existence of me, and that is how I choose to do it. |
