 Well the real questions are.where are you going, what will you be doing, who is going with you, what are the conditions (rain, shine, snow), how long will you be there?

Wearing a ball gown to the beach is not usually ideal for that outing. However, it may be a special fun charity event like "Ballgowns at Beaches". (I made that up to use as an example)

But I think I like the white top with blue trim best.
