OMG, how do people DO this?

Bright Lady, writing good sex scenes is HARD! It's tough enough when you have one person of each gender, but two men or two women means your pronouns have to be REALLY clear! And add in a third person, even with a different gender, and it can get really tough to keep everything from going off the rails!
