TO SUCCESSFULLY RECORD A ACTIVE CALL YOU NEED TO MAKE A DUPLICATE LOG REPORT OF THE RECORDING PROCESS THAT IS THE INDEX OF ISSUE..

AS IN A LIBRARY, YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE THAN JUST BOOKS, IF YOU ARE TO REFERENCE SOMETHING IT NEEDS TO BE LISTED AS REFERENCE MATERIAL BESIDE JUST BEING A RECORDING OF A THING...YOU COULD HAVE TWO IDENTICAL TAPES OF A SITUATION BUT THE ONE THAT WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF BECOMING REFERENCE MATERIAL VS VIEWABLE MEMORY WILL MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE AS TO THE ABILITY TO CITE ANY FACT IN IT. IT IS THE SOURCE THAT WILL BE IN QUESTION AND THE SOURCE IS NOT THE SUBJECT OF THE RECORDING BUT THE RECORDER THEMSELVES.

LICIENCE TO RECORD IS KIND OF KEY AT TIMES.. THERE ARE EVENTS THAT ALOW ANYBODY THAT LICENCE FOR IT IS LICENTABLE ..IT IS NOT A WHIM ISSUE THOUGH AND A DAILY USE WOULD REQUIRE A LICENCE FOR YOU ARE DOING WAY TOO MUCH NOT TO HAVE IT NECESSARY AS IN WCIRB IF IT S A JOB. THIS TREND TO ENCORPORATE IDIOTS WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING DOES NOT FLY WITH ME EVEN AS SHAREPOINTED EVENT.
