Moron I may be, but I live in a time and place where discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality and heaven knows what else is illegal, and yet we have special events exclusively for "people of colour", LGBTQ, Women, and whatever else. This seems a little one-sided. If women want equality then fine, but you cannot have that and be "special" at the same time. That is asking for more than equality Hence I put in my bid for an International Mens' Day. Not sure what it will consist of, but I want one to be equal. Removes tongue from cheek. Just in case anyone thinks I am serious.

Thank you, sub-nouveau, to explain this, what should have been so obvious.... It is about having the same rights, same earnings, same right on safety, sexual freedom of choice... and so on... The right to own your own body and decide what you want to do with your own body, even when that is taking an abortion. equality, Embrace the difference between women and men, and appreciatie those difference, dont see that as a weakness, as a bad thing, but as Powerfull I can go on, and on, and on.....
