This is what is called a nose shower, it is very good to keep all you cavities in your face clean, empty. And that helps against virusses, the flu, hay fever... You can buy it online and in a good health shop. The first time, i used it, it was scary, because the luke warm water with a bit of salt in it, did not come out of my other nose half...opening.. so i was pouring, and pouring... Were dit all that water go?   And finally, there was an opening, and the water came out, as it should be. After that first experiment, i use this almost daily. Especially in these days... its origine is from the Ayurveda health knowledge. Very interesting stuff to read........ and learn....

I have a neti pot and think it is great. They really help clean out your sinuses. I use them for hayf ever and colds.
